The Best Beaches Of Ibiza

Long-term visitors to Ibiza John Thompson, offers an overview of the best beaches on Ibiza. There are over 60 beaches in Ibiza and most are assessable by car or bike. Ibiza Holidays offers great possibilities for research into how to go from one extreme to drive to another within hours. The less crowded beaches can be found in the south of the island and are more secluded. Beaches tourists tend surrounded by San Antonio, Santa Eulalia, Playa d en Bossa.
Not surprisingly the beaches are most crowded from June to September although the waters are warm from late April until the end of October. The Mediterranean climate is warm for most of the year and out of season in Ibiza is a good time for holiday in Ibiza. Villas in Ibiza are very cheap out of season and worth looking into. If you want peace and quiet after a night of hard clubbing then there are some beautiful secluded beaches, it’s worth the extra effort to reach.

Cala Xarraca in the north of the island is surrounded by cliffs and has little sign of life making for a very idyllic day out. Cala d Hort has stunning views of Es Vedra rock and gained units in the Southwest. If you’re looking for a hippy experience, watching the sun go down then Cala Bennirras is a great place to visit. There are a variety of circus performers every night of hippies, musicians. Fire breathing and juggling are also popular. Ibiza has a lot of nude beaches and is gay-friendly, which makes it a very cosmopolitan city.
Notable beaches are Es Cavallet and Los Molinos (Figueretas) on the south east side of the island. For those who have more than a few days later, the island of Formentera is therefore well worth a visit as they have the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The majority of beaches fly the covered Blue Flag which highlights the cleanliness of the crystal clear blue water. There are good opportunities for wind surfing and catamaran from the beach of Es Pujols and Migjorn for those who want some activity.
For people looking for cool places to hang out with music and nice loungers there are a number of beach clubs that offer a very nice beach experience. New in this year is Lover (formerly Sol den Serra), the trace of a dirt road near Cala Llonga, check out the Yoga Club Breakfast. There is the Delano and Ashuaia in Playa Den Bossa bringing a new lease of live to the stretch of beach opposite space. There are the old favorites of Sa Trinxa in Salinas and Blue Marlin in Cala Jondal. Beach life has never been this good in Ibiza!

Consider The Abc Islands In The Caribbean When Buying Your Next Vacation Home

ABC islands is the name for three beautiful Caribbean islands with crystal clear waters and golden sands, Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao. Tourists who visited these islands consider them to be a true breath of fresh air, a welcomed change from the English, French or Hispanic influenced islands in the Caribbean.

The local language is Papiamento which is a mixture of primarily Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, English and French. While Papiamentu is the language of the locals, most of them can also understand and speak English and Spanish. The locals use Dutch names, and the local currency is the Florin, but dollars are very well accepted too. These three islands Dutch influence is given by the fact that they are still part of the Dutch Kingdom.

The simple idea of having a vacation home in the Caribbean is seen as a dream. The truth, however is that not all Caribbean properties are worth millions of dollars. If that were true, it would mean that everyone living in the Caribbean would be a millionaire. The truth is that the offers of Caribbean real estate companies hold Caribbean properties from $50,000 to 1M+. So the cost for a Caribbean real estate property with two bedrooms is available anywhere between $100K and $200K.

On the ABC islands, Curacao real estate, Bonaire real estate and Aruba real estate is an entirely different world from what we are used to when it comes to Caribbean real estate, and other dream destinations. The much loved bungalows and villas are available for buy or rent. And, for a perfect summer escapade, you dont need anything more than a bungalow. I guess it all depends, but Curacao properties, Bonaire properties and Aruba properties are available for people from all walks of life. You dont have to be a millionaire to own Caribbean properties on these islands. The prices vary like in every country and every city, so Caribbean real estate offers homes and properties for people with lower financial power and millionaires alike.

Aruba, for example, is considered by some to be dry and flat, but it is far away from any hurricanes, so your holidays are sure to be a success. Aruba has seen quite an increase in tourism and Aruba property purchases, so prices are probably going to increase once this crisis is over. Aruba is generally more popular with people from Europe and North America. Like on Curacao and Bonaire, Aruba property is surrounded by Dutch influences, so these islands hold quite an advantage over other islands in the Caribbean for those that want to escape the normal Anglo-American influence.

Bonaire real estate and Curacao real estate are equally as attractive and popular since many airlines are adding these Caribbean islands to their flight destinations. The bottom line is, if you are thinking of purchasing a Caribbean real estate property at a slightly lower price than average, then the ABC islands might just be perfect for you.

Formentera is the fourth island composing the Balearic Islands, the paradise on earth as some say. The islands form an Autonomous Community which has Mallorca as capital and even though Catalan is their official language; each island has its own dialect. If you visit the Balearic Islands, you will be welcomed by 300 days of sunshine every year, exquisite beaches, cities with an amazing cultural and architectural design and a lot of fun.

Going to Ibiza

Apart from the nightlife, Ibiza also has great beaches with delicate sands and the water of the Mediterranean Sea is of a crystal blue, making it great for a bath. The young tourists love Ibiza as its nightlife is legendary; however this is not the only attraction of the island. Ibiza has no less than 72 beaches as well as a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and pubs and an interesting countryside which offers beautiful landscapes.

Visiting Majorca

Out of the four Balearic Islands, this is the largest and it has been a wonderful seaside destination starting with the 1960s. The city is full of sightseeing monuments which should definitely be on your list such as the Gothic Cathedral or the Bellver Castel. They managed to survive, even though the country developed really fast in an attempt to keep pace with the millions of tourists that visit it every year. Majorca is also a great place for gourmet ones, as the cuisine is absolutely fantastic.

The wonderful Menorca

Menorca is also known as the hidden paradise as the effect which comes along with mass tourism is not felt here. Menorca has managed to keep its rustic appearance alive, so you will be welcomed by some of the most beautiful landscapes you have ever seen. The beaches are idyllic and if you visit its capital Mahon, you have the chance to see the biggest natural harbor in this part of Europe. The pavement bars and pubs assure the nightlife entertainment that the young love so much.

Formentera

The smallest Balearic Island is also the one that has remained unspoilt. Formentera is the perfect place for those who just want to relax on a wonderful beach.
